Used Tire Policy for Warren County

The County is required by the state to maintain a site for the collection of used tires. This site is located at 1186 Belmont Dr., McMinnville, TN 37110. It is open for collection of used tires on Wednesdays from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM. A Warren County household can dispose up to eight (8) tires per year at no charge. Any amount above 8 will be subject to a disposal fee of $1.00 per passenger tire and $3.00 per large truck or tractor tire. Dealers can dispose of tires at this site at no charge if they are registered with the Tennessee Department of Revenue. Businesses will not be allowed an exemption of 8 tires however they will have to pay for all tires disposed of. Tires will be inspected and will not be accepted if the tire contains water or mud. Tires will not be accepted that are still on a rim. We want to encourage all Warren County residents to use this site for used tires.
